What is eligible for return

  • Defective or damaged items on arrival
  • Wrong item or wrong size shipped
  • Item significantly different from its description
  • Change of mind (fit or style didn’t work) within the 30-day window and meeting condition requirements

Condition requirements

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags attached; original packaging where possible
  • No stains, fragrances, pet hair, or signs of wear or alteration

Photo and proof requirements

To help us validate and speed up your request, please include clear, well‑lit photos:

  • Close‑up of the issue (defect/damage)
  • Image of the size tag and product tag(s)
  • Full front and back photos of the item
  • Outer packaging if damaged on arrival

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] from your order email address.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
  3. Attach the required photos (see list above).
  4. Tell us your preferred resolution: refund or exchange (size/color) if available.
  5. Wait for our reply with approval and next steps. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Items we cannot accept

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags
  • Returns based only on minor cosmetic variations (e.g., slight color differences due to lighting/screens)

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered when the requested size or color is in stock. For our-error cases, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping and any applicable shipping for the replacement. If an exchange is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund per this policy.

Refund timing and method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Time to appear on your statement: typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • No restocking fee applies.
