Photo and proof requirements
To help us validate and speed up your request, please include clear, well‑lit photos:
- Close‑up of the issue (defect/damage)
- Image of the size tag and product tag(s)
- Full front and back photos of the item
- Outer packaging if damaged on arrival

Items we cannot accept
- Used, worn, washed, or altered items
- Items missing original tags
- Returns based only on minor cosmetic variations (e.g., slight color differences due to lighting/screens)
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered when the requested size or color is in stock. For our-error cases, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping and any applicable shipping for the replacement. If an exchange is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund per this policy.
Refund timing and method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
